STREET STYLE SEMANA DE MODA DE MILÃO

Hey loves, lets get some inspiration from the streets during Milan Fashion Week. We all know Italians have a taste for the best things in life such as pasta, cars, wine, shoes, good looking man… to name a few. This year the street style during Milan Fashion Week MFW, carried a clean polished silhouette and many fashionistas approached the ”more is more” look, instead of have one focal point, they opted to mix a few statement pieces to their look and an injection of colors turning out into manifesto. I selected few looks from Milan Fashion Week that I liked from Vogue Magazine

Todos nós sabemos que os Italianos tem bom gosto para as melhores coisas da bida, isso inclui na moda, vinho, macarronada, carros, sapatos, homens bonitos e por ai vai… Este ano A moda nas ruas durante a semana de moda de Milão teve muito luxo, os modelitos tinham silhoueta sequinha com cortes perfeitos em todos os angulos, a maioria das fashionistas optaram pela opção ”mais é mais” onde ao invez de focar em apena uma peça chave na roupa toda a composição era tinha algo que chmava atençnao, além disso uma boa dose de colorido completou os looks de muitas em uma forma de manifesto. Modelitos marcantes e com uma boa injeção de ousadia. Escolhi alguns looks para dividir com voçês.

NYFW Desigual Runway Show Spring 2016

Desfile da Desigual NY fashion Week Primavera/Verão 16

DESIGUAL’s Spring 2016 collection explored the modern day women who is free-spirited, bold and fun. Women, like the many cities we travel to and live in, are ever-changing and endlessly alluring; gleaming in the morning and glowing in the evening. Inspired by the city of Barcelona, BCN, La Ciudad Condal, the charming Mediterranean port town that’s always been home for DESIGUAL, this collection encapsulates the many styles of a women.

The brand collaborated with stylist Misha Janette, who used her eclectic style to showcase the daring, fearless, and irreverent woman according to DESIGUAL. Lauro Samblas’, an artist from Barcelona, used colorful pop-inspired collages tapping into his boundless creative freedom to create the backdrop for the collection.

Cosmopolitan and cool, the collection featured layered looks, unusual combinations and left an urban, sophisticated and bold mark: Shirts worn as skirts, hand painted brush stroke prints on oversize blouses, jumpers worn as turbans, A-line midi-skirts with patchwork embroidery, jackets that combine denim, military fabric and embroidery, palazzo pants and ankle grazers, embellished jeans with delicate embroidery and long shirts worn as evening dresses.

Desigual is designed for many types of women with their lust for life, eye for beauty, and passion for self-expression.

Guests included actresses Laverne Cox; supermodel Karolina Kurkova; 94 year old fashion icon Iris Apfel; fashion photographer and TV personality Nigel Barker and Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe with fiancé Shawn Booth.

Olá amores. Semana passada fui ao desifile de Desigual no Fashion Week. Já estamnos de olho na tendência da Primavera/Verão 2016. A marca teve sua coleção focada na mulher moderna, com espito livre e mente aberta, autêntica, alegre e que gosta de cores fortes semore em busca de mudança e inspiração. Que brilha durante o dia em seu trabalho e é puro glamour nas noites de verão. Tudo foi insoirado na cidade de Barcelona, Espanha e também na cidade de Condal, muito charmosa localizada a beira do Mediterraneo. E essa coleção mostra os varios estilos que amulher moderna possui. A caracteristica da marca é sempre o cores vivas e mistura de estampas com ideai de colagem cheio de liberdade e criatividade.

Hi everyone! I was invited to Nicholas K runway show last week here in NY. I am sharing some pictures that I did as well some images provided by Nicholas k PR agency. This season, the garments for SS16 were injected with the energy, movement, and dynamism that gives the collection its name, “Terminal Velocity.” The designers justified the title “because it’s really high-energy, really adrenaline-packed,” and this was true in both name and construction. The collection’s inspiration:

*Zeppelin

*Parachutes

*Free Fall

Oi amores. Estamos aqui a todo vapor durante a semana de moda de Nova Iorque. Semana passada fui convidada para o Desfile do estilista Nicholas K e aqui divido com voçês algumas fotos que eu tirei e tambem as fotos que recebi da relações publicas da marca. As roupas tinhas inspirações na energia, movimento e dinamismo. E por isso o nome da coleção era ”Terminla Velocity”. O motivo pelo qual o estilista deu esse nome a coleção ´´exatamnete a alta energia que ela mostrou na passarela. Os principais elemenetos que inspirou o designer foi:

Hello everyone! This last night, Sept 8th I had the pleasure to attend Parme Marin‘s Pre-Fashion Week cocktail party at the Park Hyatt Hotel NYC. It was her first exhibition of this kind, and aimed to showcase a blend of her classical collection pieces , as well as her one-of-a-kinds. I was surprised by the talent and very inspired by the eclectic collection.

Born in Paris and having lived between New York, Madrid and Marrakech, jeweler Parme Marin, a self-proclaimed citizen of the world. I was totally amazed and inspired by her creativity with intriguing mix of all sorts of premium materials she has sourced through her travels with brand-new or recycled objects. Parme introduce a new approach to jewelry design, combining materials such as leather, bones, horns, feathers or horsehair as well as beads, ribbons and fabrics soon became her focus fueling her passion for jewelry. Fascinated for bright colors, geometric patterns and raw textures, her interpretation of the new aesthetic brings those materials back to life creating statement pieces for the modern woman.

Parme Marin’s each unique piece is made by hand, her creations are inspired by tribal art, African textile design, the architecture of the 1930’s and vintage fashion. Her one-of-a-kind pieces add an impact to the simplest outfit. Parme Marin was selected in 2013 by Vogue as part of their new talents program. Ontem dia 8 de Setembro fui ao coquetel de exibição dos acessórios da Designer PARME MARIN no Hotel Park Hyatt aqui em Nova Iorque. Foi a primeira vez que a desiner fez uma exibição dese tipo e a ideai era mostrar as peças clássicas bem como as exclusivas e apresentar os artesãos que trabalham com ela e que estão espalhados em diferentes paises. Parme nasceu em Paris mas mora entre Nova Iorque, Madrid e Marrakesh, uma verdadeira cidadão do mundo. Para quem gosta de peças grandes, exóticas, e modernas como eu vai ficar apaixonado em sua criação. Inpirada em material cru, arte tribal, tecidos e texturas Africanas, moda vintage e arquitetura do anos 30, Parme mistura o novo com reciclado oferecendo um novo conceito em design de joias e acessórios. Peças únicas feitas a mão, onde os principais materiais usandos reune o couro, ossos, chifres, penas e cabelo de cavalo que darão forma devolvendo vida a suas peças exuberates. Além disso ela também mistura missangas, pedras, cordão e formas geometricas. A junção dessa mistura cria uma releitura de design de joias etnicas totalmemte voltado para a mulher moderna.
